You will need no convincing that your children are wonderfully made. But there are a whole heap of challenges that come with caring for young children—tiredness, loneliness, boredom and relationship stress to name a few.

Wonderfully Made is a short burst of encouragement for you as you face life with little ones. As part of a group at your local church, you'll be stimulated to share the burdens and joys of parenting with others, and to support one another in the important job of caring for, and raising small children. And as you think about how to survive and thrive, you'll also be introduced to some bigger questions about God and life.

The course will be run over 6 weeks during our Sunday morning church service here at Chatswood Baptist (9:30AM on Sundays), beginning on May 20th. The session will conclude along with the church service and kids programs at approx. 10:45 AM followed by Morning Tea.Nicole Starling will facilitate the discussion. She is a member of the pastoral staff team at CBC and a mum of 4 kids aged 7-15.

There is no cost whatsoever for participating in this course, however it's helpful for people to register so we know who to expect and have the necessary resources available. You are welcome to bring your children with you.

Please note, there will be a separate creche running for babies and toddlers, and there are kids programs for children aged 3+. If your child is comfortable being left without you in one of these groups, this will be the best option for you to engage in the course.

However, if you have a young child or infant who needs to stay with you, they are very welcome in the room and there will be toys for them to play with.
